How to Add a New Vessel in Dockflow

If you want to add a new vessel to Dockflow, you’ll need to create a manual tradeflow first. Follow the steps below:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Create a new tradeflow
   • Click “Create tradeflow” in the upper-right corner of your Dockflow dashboard.
   • Select “Add manual entry.”
   • Give this tradeflow a fictive name — it will serve only as a tradeflow to register the new vessel.
2. Add a manual milestone
   • Your newly created tradeflow will be empty.
     Click “+ Add B/L or Booking” or choose “Add manual entry.”
   • Then select “Add manual milestone.”
3. Enter the new vessel name
   • Leave all other fields empty.
   • Type in the name of the new vessel you want to add.
4. Confirm the new vessel
   • Dockflow will automatically detect that the vessel name is new.
   • A prompt will appear: click “Add new vessel.”

The new vessel is now added to Dockflow!
